The Melbourne Flower Company goes to great lengths to ensure that what you see is what the recipient gets. All the product images you see online were taken in store and all arrangements ordered online or via phone are made “in store” by our trained staff.
There are times however when this is impossible due to various factors including local availability and season variations. Rather than reducing our product range down to the lowest common denominator we utilise an equitable substitution policy.
If an item is unavailable we will substitute it with another item of similar design, colour, quality and price. For example, if a type of flower is out of season we will substitute it with a similar flower with regard to appearance, colour and price.
When possible we will first endeavor to contact you prior to delivery. This is more likely to occur on “same Day Delivery” orders than orders received well in advance of their expected delivery date.
